Warranty for Wheels & Tires

Audiocitywheels warrants that wheels/tires are brand new and have NEVER been used.

Only Chrome-plated wheels carry a one year structural warranty and a one year warranty on the finish.

  • ·No warranty is provided on painted wheels.
  • ·Polished and billet aluminum wheels oxidize and require regular maintenance, therefore, their finish is not covered by any warranty.  
  • ·Tires carry full manufactures warranty.
  • ·Other than applicable manufactures warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warranty any damages or structural failure due to misuse, improper handling, poor road conditions, abuse, dropped, broken, chipped, bent, punctured or physically damaged items.

Warranty for Other Products

We want you to feel as comfortable as possible on your purchase. Audiocitywheels will honor all manufacturer warranties on all of our products.
Unfortunately, subwoofers do not come with manufacturer warranties, but do come with a 30 day Audiocitywheels's satisfaction guarantee.
Most items come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of three months to one year from the date of your purchase, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product with the same product.

Return Policy

Any warranty request must be done by submitting a warranty service request. After submitting said warranty request, we will review the request and issue an RA #. Only products with a valid RA# will be accepted. All other returns will be refused on arrival. When you ship your item, please use a shipping method that can be tracked, such as FedEx or UPS and provide the tracking number to us in writing. Always insure the shipped items for the full purchase price.

If returned products are found not to be subject to the warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the senders' expense.

Buyer(s) are responsible for all shipping costs, plus a 30% restocking fee. This will be applied to all cancelled and/or returned orders. All items must be returned in brand new condition with original packaging. No cancellations or refunds will be issued on special orders, custom built, custom painted, or 3 piece wheels. All items are subject to availability.
Any shipping damage or defects must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise in writing only. We assume no responsibility for delayed, damaged or lost items by the shipping company. Shipping damage claims must be filed with the shipping company. We will assist in this process; however, we must be notified of damages in order to facilitate the claim process. No exchange will be given for customers who bid on incorrect items. Please read the item description carefully and ask any questions before placing any bids.

Legal Notice

This limited warranty is the sole express warranty given and is IN LIEU of all other express warranties, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose are here by disclaimed. This warranty expires upon transfer of title of any products by the original retail purchaser. No warranty or representation by anyone other than the manufacturer shall be binding.

 (Wheels & Tires Customer only) PLEASE TEST FIT ALL WHEELS ON VEHICLE PRIOR TO MOUNTING TIRES ON WHEELS! If there are any issues with the wheels, please do not mount them. If you mount them, you own them. Buyer assumes FULL responsibility for wheel/tire fitment. The wheel/tire specifications provided with respect to offset, finish, wheel width, bolt pattern and tire size are accurate, however final fitment is the responsibility of the buyer. Please be sure to take into account brake caliper clearance, lug nut size or lug bolt size/length, vehicle ride height and age/condition of vehicle. Professional installation and fitment advice is HIGHLY recommended. Some vehicles may require additional modifications.
